Location: United States of America (Remote)

Responsibilities:

*Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

*Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives.

*Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals that meet both customer requirements and company profitability targets.

*Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

*Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

*Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

*Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with product updates, industry trends, and sales techniques. Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and sales strategies.

*Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing customer support.

Qualifications:

*Typically required in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree can be advantageous.

*Several years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the industry of the hiring company. Experience in the specific industry related to the company’s products or services is highly beneficial.

*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage customer expectations. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

*Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

*Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

*Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar can enhance credibility. Relevant certifications within the industry can be beneficial.

*Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and find effective solutions. Ability to work well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different departments.

*Proficiency in multiple languages can be advantageous, especially for companies with a global customer base. Strong networking skills to build relationships within the industry and identify new business opportunities.
