Bravado, which has built the world’s first fully automated A.I. sales recruiter application, is seeking Account Executives to sell our A.I. platform, plus associated recruiting services, to technology companies of all sizes. This is a remote role based in North America.

We are a 35-employee, Series B firm ($40 million in total funding) backed by A-List venture firms like Tiger Global, Redpoint Ventures, and XYZ Ventures. Since 2022 we have built mission-critical sales teams for SaaS disruptors like OpenAI, Nooks, Attio, Wander, and Deel.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from your home office in a preferred metro area.

* $100k to $125k+ base, commensurate with previous quota achievement. OTE is double your base. Company equity; 90% to 100% employer coverage of your healthcare premiums (employee + family).

* You have experience closing 2 or more net-new deals each month to fast-growing, pre-IPO technology firms (typically between 50 and 2,000 employees).

* Experience working for a startup or emerging sales recruiting firm puts you at the top of our list.

* This is a 100% sales hunting role; we have dedicated recruiter and customer success teams that help deliver successful placements after you sign up a new customer.

* Previous experience as a sales leader is helpful and gives you a massive built-in advantage. You have exquisite business writing skills – we will ask for writing samples.

* You enjoy conducting discovery calls and taking detailed notes.
