Bravado represents a privately-held Learning and Development SaaS startup that already has 25 customers, including Microsoft, spending between $50k and $350k on their solution annually.
This 10-employee company, which received Seed funding from leading venture firm LoftyInc Capital, is seeking a Founding Account Executive to sell software deals to Fortune 1000 firms in technology, consulting, professional services, and other B2B organizations. This is a remote role, reporting to the CRO.

Role
* Individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Sales and working from your home office.
* $110k to $125k+ base salary, commensurate with previous performance. OTE is double your base. Uncapped compensation plan with accelerators.
* Comp plan includes company equity and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
* Top candidates have experience targeting senior-level decision-makers (VP, Senior Director) in large, complex organizations (5000+ employees).
* We offer two-week Proof of Concepts that convert into annual deals, and use-case-based selling is our go-to sales motion.
* There are typically 20+ people within each target organization who can buy the solution: Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Strategy, and more.

We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and highly motivated sales professional to join our team. If you thrive in building relationships, are passionate about the impact of great learning, and have a strong B2B sales background, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by securing contracts with high-potential new accounts mainly in Software/Tech segments. We’re looking for someone who can effectively communicate unique value to senior decision-makers, and who has the drive, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
We’re looking for someone with solid B2B sales experience, ideally selling mid-sized deals ($50-500k) into Enterprise and Mid-Market segments (Fortune 500, Forbes 2000).
