About this Role

My company sells living benefit insurance policies for accident and sickness coverage. I need to hire a sales associate that has at least 3 years experience in sales.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets
• Some experience closing deals
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
