Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales deals. Monitor and report on sales performance and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and software.
- Stay informed about the latest sales techniques and industry best practices. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Continuously seek ways to improve personal performance and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the industry related to the company’s products or services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
