Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry. Experience with enterprise sales cycles, lead generation, and closing deals is essential.
- A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure, and services, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS. Familiarity with their providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively to clients, including understanding their infrastructure needs, challenges, and goals. A background in technology or experience working with technical teams is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles is valuable.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Experience in identifying target markets, creating sales plans, and forecasting sales projections is important.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation and negotiation abilities. The ability to articulate value propositions, address client concerns, and close deals is crucial.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. Willingness to share knowledge, contribute ideas, and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing market conditions, client requirements, and company priorities. Ability to pivot sales strategies, overcome objections, and seize opportunities in dynamic environments.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically preferred. However, equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may also be considered.
In This Role, You Will:
- Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and partners, to understand their needs and position client's' solutions effectively.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to tailor client's offerings to address the unique challenges and goals of each client.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of client products and services, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages to prospects and clients.
- Effectively manage and prioritize leads and opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting of sales projections.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to align efforts and drive coordinated go-to-market strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product enhancements, marketing initiatives, and customer experience improvements, contributing to the continuous improvement of client's offerings.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners, representing client's brand with credibility and trustworthiness.
