Having already gained significant traction, our client has found product-market fit, with a strong customer base that includes investment banks and private equity firms. Recently, the company has expanded into new markets, such as real estate and enterprise software, further broadening its reach and impact.

Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through prospecting activities such as outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of the company’s products or services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal generation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations to close deals.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the customer experience is seamless from sales to onboarding.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the company's solutions effectively.
- Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Gather customer feedback to help inform product development and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or a relevant industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and closing deals.
- A strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their challenges.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the company’s industry or sector, including trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required, depending on experience.
