Responsibilities:
- Own the process from lead qualification through discovery, product demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound strategies and follow-up on inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Present solutions that align with client pain points and demonstrate product value clearly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts that benefit both sides.
- Accurately document all activities, pipeline stages, and communications in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Remain up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry challenges to inform sales strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product and leadership teams to help shape future offerings.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for pipeline management.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proactive, driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of business drivers, ROI, and how solutions align with client objectives.
- Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
