Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, qualifying leads through outreach (email, calls, social media).
- Prepare and deliver tailored product/service presentations that highlight value and address client pain points.
- Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with decision‑makers and stakeholders to drive trust and loyalty.
- Draft detailed proposals and quotes that align solutions with client needs and budget.
- Lead pricing and contract discussions, overcoming objections to secure signed agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
- Monitor existing accounts for upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and act to expand revenue within your portfolio.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates in your CRM, tracking progress against quotas.
- Work with marketing, product, and support teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and customer success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to adjust your strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and partners.
- Skilled in identifying client challenges and offering solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Experience with negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
- Understanding of the industry you’re selling into and an awareness of market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and effectively allocate time across various sales activities.
- Results-oriented, with the drive to meet goals and a proactive attitude towards generating leads and closing deals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver client solutions.
