Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads within the mid-market segment through inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to each client’s specific needs and business challenges.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing, aligning solutions with client objectives and budget.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining a win-win approach for both the client and company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
- Maintain CRM records accurately with notes, deal progress, and forecasting data.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to team and company growth.
- Understand industry trends and competitor landscape to position your product as a market leader.
- Deliver feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to support product and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments targeting mid-market clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
