Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our AI Contract Review platform. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead the negotiation process for new contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the company’s objectives. Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient contract finalization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates. Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and support.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products, industry best practices, and sales techniques. Provide feedback and share best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Serve as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate new business leads.
- Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are properly documented in the CRM system. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role. Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of the company’s AI Contract Review platform.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Experience in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating reliability and teamwork.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. Ability to act as an advocate for clients within the company.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Participation in ongoing training and development programs offered by the company.
