Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through cold outreach, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and consistently move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Present tailored product demonstrations to decision-makers, addressing specific business needs and use cases.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Work with marketing, customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback integration.
- Update deal stages, communication history, and notes in the CRM to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Relay insights from prospects and customers to help shape product improvements and future go-to-market initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech industry roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze client needs and align solutions effectively.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Passion for technology and a customer-first mindset.
