Backed by a recent $20M Series A led by Redpoint, the company is poised for rapid growth and is on pace to 20x its customer acquisition this year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, and events.
- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and fit for the company’s solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all outreach and prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the market, ideal customer profile, and competitors.
- Experiment with and optimize messaging strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
- Relay insights from prospects to sales and product teams to inform go-to-market and product strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environment.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication for engaging with prospects across channels.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft to manage outreach and pipeline.
- Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC is a plus.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection professionally.
- Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align outreach efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
