Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
- Own the entire sales process—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Create and execute detailed plans for key accounts to expand relationships, uncover new opportunities, and grow revenue.
- Build strong relationships with executive decision-makers to understand business needs and position the solution effectively.
- Customize product demonstrations and presentations to highlight how the solution addresses the specific challenges of each account.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts based on deal stage and buyer engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, product, sales engineers, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations with legal and procurement teams to close deals efficiently.
- Stay up to date on industry shifts, emerging customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine sales strategy.
- Gather feedback and intelligence from customer interactions to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals within large organizations.
- Consistent performance in achieving revenue targets and KPIs in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and tailor messaging to business and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes that can extend over several months.
- Skilled in using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and forecast revenue.
- Ability to uncover business needs and align solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Experience in negotiating pricing, terms, and legal considerations with enterprise procurement teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and a willingness to learn, iterate, and grow with the team.
