Our client is expanding its Sales and SDR teams, seeking motivated Account Executives who are eager to drive growth, manage their own pipeline, and sell advanced AI solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow enterprise-level accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value prospects to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and position solutions effectively.
- Present and demonstrate product solutions tailored to the client’s requirements, emphasizing the value and ROI of your offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while addressing their needs to successfully close deals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage post-sale activities, including contract renewals, to ensure customer success and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide insights that benefit clients and inform sales strategies.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, forecasts, and activities to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Educate clients on new product features, updates, and best practices to maximize their value from your solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise-level sales, ideally within technology or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, closing large and complex deals, and managing a high-value sales pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, with a proven ability to close complex deals with enterprise clients.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and develop long-term strategies.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, data analytics, or other relevant technologies, with the ability to articulate their value to enterprise customers.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage pipeline, track sales activities, and report performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver client solutions.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
