Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company’s products and services.
- Develop and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Work with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and industry trends. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in enterprise or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and client feedback to develop strategic sales plans and make informed decisions.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, and the ability to leverage technology to improve sales processes and productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and proven skills are highly valued.
