Responsibilities:
- Create and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth in the enterprise segment.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise account executives and sales representatives.
- Take ownership of sales targets and consistently exceed revenue goals through strategic account planning and execution.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately manage and forecast sales pipelines using CRM tools to support planning and decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts and enhance the customer journey.
- Lead negotiations and close multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies.
- Track key sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams with a focus on coaching, development, and accountability.
- Deep understanding of the industry (e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare, etc.) and the unique needs of enterprise clients.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present to and negotiate with C-level executives.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms for pipeline management and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to improve sales performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders to support sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
