Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive growth. Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in sales. Mentor and train junior sales team members.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
- Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client interactions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Experience mentoring and leading sales teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer relationship management skills. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. Strong learning agility.
- Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious sales goals. High level of self-motivation and drive.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
