About the role :
As a Fractional Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building relationships with clients on a fractional or part-time basis. Fractional Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and ensuring customer success. By effectively prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals, you'll contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Generate leads and opportunities to expand the client base and drive sales growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to address client pain points and achieve their business goals.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's products or services. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and demonstrate how the company can add value and solve their problems.
- Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing discussions, contract terms, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales managers, legal, and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure. Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems. Monitor pipeline health, track progress, and prioritize efforts to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success throughout the sales process and beyond. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth or expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to align efforts and achieve business objectives. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
