The role of Fractional Vice President of Sales is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales operations, and leading sales teams on a fractional or part-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Define sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales managers and representatives to optimize performance and productivity.
