This 10-employee, self-funded firm, which has been operating profitably since 2014, is seeking an SDR / Junior AE to generate net-new meetings with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies in across all industries. You will report to the President and work from your home office.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office in the EST or CST time zone.
* $65k to $75k base, commensurate with previous revenue performance. OTE is $150k to $200k, and the comp plan is uncapped.
* Healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision), 401(k), unlimited PTO, and annual global retreats are part of the total package.
* We’re seeking a top-performing custom software SDR who is looking for that stepping stone into an AE role.
* Experience with custom software and/or API-based developer tools and/or staff augmentation services is mandatory.
* You will assist the President throughout the sales process and be trained throughout.
* You will also create and own the SDR playbook – this document will be huge for your career portfolio!
* When we get prospects to the demo stage, they are leaning forward. This is an evangelical sale with clear differentiators.
* The titles you will call into include Directors, VPs, and C-Levels of technology, data, and engineering.

Official Job Description
We’re seeking a highly ambitious SDR / Junior Account Executive who is obsessed with figuring out how to get prospects on the phone and initiate meaningful conversations with Directors, VPs, and C-Levels in technology, data, and engineering about their most critical digital transformation challenges.
As one of the first members of the sales team, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound strategy and an ambassador for our brand — reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and directly fueling growth.
Initially, you’ll be filling the pipeline for the current sales team, working directly with them to close $200k to $750k services deals, before moving into a closing role in the following 12 to 18 months. Success will require a stellar work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort and experience with executive-level communication.
