Bravado represents a privately-held payroll tax compliance SaaS company that has operated profitably since 1984 and was just named a 2024 Best Place to Work by the Phoenix Business Journal.
This 75-employee firm, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gusto Software, is seeking an SDR to generate net-new meetings with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies in across all industries, as well as other software providers, such as HCM and payroll platforms. You will report to the Head of Sales and work from their Scottsdale, Arizona office 3 days each week.
Solution
Our client’s fully integrated suite of payroll tax APIs and software tools allows companies to ensure that employee and employer taxes are correctly calculated and managed.
In other words, deliver “the right taxes the first time.” With payroll integrations that range from electronic withholding forms to federal, state, and local tax lookup tools, we make our customer's processes more regulatory compliant, automated, efficient, and error-free.
Role
* Individual contributor role, working from their Scottsdale office at least 3 days each week (can be 5 if you prefer).
* $60k to $68k base, commensurate with previous revenue performance. OTE is $90k to $95k.

* We’re seeking a top-performing SaaS SDR who is looking for that stepping stone into an AE role. 6 months to 2 years of B2B outbound experience is required.
* When we get prospects to the demo stage, they are leaning forward. This is an evangelical sale with clear differentiators.
* Experience selling for an HCM, PEO, EOR, or HR Tech company is helpful but not required.
* The titles you will call into include VPs of Compliance, Product, and Engineering.

Official Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, it will be your job to identify, qualify, and set up prospective clients with our Account Executives who will consult with those prospects and help them become clients. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for many of our new clients.
This role spends much of the day on the phone calling Payroll Service Providers and Employers who are not currently Symmetry clients. The Sales Development Representative is politely persistent and cheerfully competitive.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to pursue and identify new business opportunities across many sectors: payroll, technology, financial services, large employers, and more.
You will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver our payroll tax tools in pursuit of our vision to touch every American paycheck with accurate withholding. A focus on solving client’s pain points and providing them with the best solution for their needs is essential.

You'll be a part of the team driving our growth by focusing on finding prospects, conducting discovery calls to qualify leads, and scheduling product demos with an Account Executive.
