The solution is already being used by agencies serving thousands of patients, helping improve efficiency and outcomes across the board.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach (email, phone, social media) to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and pain points to personalize outreach and messaging.
- Engage and nurture inbound leads, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of the product or solution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including activity tracking and lead status.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, align on campaigns, and provide feedback from prospects.
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position the solution effectively.
- Follow a structured cadence of outreach, including cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, sharing learnings, celebrating wins, and helping improve the overall sales process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (internships and entry-level welcome in early-stage environments).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and friendly tone.
- Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills—able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation through repetitive tasks.
- A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to finding and engaging leads.
- Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques; familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) is a bonus.
- Passion for technology, startups, or the industry the company operates in (e.g., AI, healthcare, SaaS, etc.).
