Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads using various tools and databases. Develop strategies to attract and engage new prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to initiate conversations with potential customers. Follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries.
- Assess potential leads to determine their fit with the company’s products and services. Gather key information to pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent and professional communication.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads and opportunities. Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators. Analyze results to improve strategies and processes continuously.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills may be an advantage depending on the target market.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment. Valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
- Willingness to travel as needed. Flexibility to work different time zones if targeting international markets.
