Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Engage prospects through personalized and persistent follow-up.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients. Assess and qualify leads based on their fit for the company’s products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential clients effectively.
- Update and manage prospect information in the company’s CRM system. Track all activities and progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set. Continuously analyze performance metrics to improve strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and initiatives. Partner with the sales team to strategize on approaches to convert prospects into customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills. Stay updated on best practices and new sales techniques to improve effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process. Creative thinking to develop new strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
