Basic Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
- Create comprehensive account plans for strategic clients to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Regularly review and update account plans to reflect changes in client needs and market conditions.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals. Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Experience in the specific industry or sector the company operates in is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
